This is a new "Cherry Blossom Series" project from Ai+.
The warp threads are made from original, tightly twisted, uneven yarns, rope-dyed by mixing indigo dye and natural indigo using a special method. The weft uses unique uneven yarns, a small amount of which is a mix of the company's own cotton, "Samurai Cotton," dyed in a cherry blossom color with a special dye extracted from cherry blossoms. The rich color of the Ai+ denim combined with the slightly pinkish-beige cherry blossom color creates a very beautiful appearance. Because of the rope dyeing, you can expect intense fading like indigo denim, but you can enjoy a more gradual change compared to standard Samurai indigo denim. The selvedge also uses Ai+ warp threads, and the color change of the ear thread is also something to look forward to.
