This is a retractable Pilot fountain pen from the 1960s, a short version.
The body extends when the cap is removed.
A sticker was attached to the fountain pen in the photo, but it was peeling off, so I removed it and kept it.
I purchased it as a new, unused item.
I intended to use it, but I have other fountain pens, so I haven't had many opportunities to use this one, and I'm putting it up for sale.
It has been stored for a long time, so there are some minor scratches.
Also, since I haven't used it, I don't know how it writes.
