These 3" x 24" Surface Conditioning Belts, also known as non-woven belts, excel in cleaning, blending, deburring, and finishing surfaces of aluminum, stainless steel, or steel. Despite their initial cost, they offer longevity and superior finishes. Their fibrous nature reduces loading and head build-up, ensuring longer operating times and consistent results. Featuring a reinforced scrim backing, these belts come in four coarseness levels: brown (60 grit), red (80-120 grit), blue (150-180 grit), and grey (220 grit). They effectively work on materials like stainless steel, aluminum, titanium, fiberglass, plastics, and nonferrous alloys, removing imperfections for smooth, burr-free surfaces in fewer steps.
