It is used but in good condition. It does show signs of use with scuffs, scratches, and grime around the charger and batteries, but nothing too major or too distracting—just average wear and tear from normal everyday use.
It has been tested and while everything appears to be functional, there is a known issue. The white 40V battery will only charge to 3 bars, even though the charger indicates the battery is fully charged. The other battery charges normally.
