This set is complete except for the package of snow. Also, the one fence section is broken at the bottom but can easily be glued. Also on the one piece of fence that holds the gate, the little tab to hold the top of the gate is broken.
I am also including 4 extras with this set that don't come with it. There is a street sign, a lady with a baby carriage, and some carolers. All in nice condition, I re-glued the lamppost back on with the carolers.
This does come with its original box but the lid is cut off.
